  1. For patients in Mumbai, we will arrange the pickup of the tumor tissue block/Specimen via our Representative.
  2. For patients outside Mumbai, we can arrange pickup of the tissue specimen via our Contracted Courier company after your Email request.
  3. Prepaid courier will be arranged by Medilinks. Patients do not have to pay any courier charges since all courier charges are prepaid.
  4. Report will be released directly to the ordering Physician within 15 working days from the date of specimen couriered to Genomic Health® laboratory in the USA.
  5. This is brought to your kind attention that, during transit Domestically & Internationally if the patient's specimen is delayed, damaged, spoiled or lost then Medilinks Inc. and Genomic Health, will not be held responsible for the same and you cannot make any claims against Medilinks Inc or Genomic Health.
  6. Cost of the Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score test is INR 3,20,000/-. (Indian Rupees Three Lakh Twenty Thousand only). This cost is complete cost of the test and there is no break-up.
  7. Complete payment of the test should be made within 2 days from the date of specimen courier to Genomic Health Inc USA. Part payment will not be accepted.
  8. If you are willing to pay via Credit Card / Debit Card, then you will have to pay 3% in addition to Test cost.
  9. If Report gets delayed for any reason, we will keep you posted in a timely manner. Report may get delayed for late payment as well. You cannot make any claim against Medilinks Inc or Genomic Health for late release of the report.
  10. All submitted paraffin blocks to us will be returned to the patient once the test result is released.
  11. Unstained slides which are made by us or by your operated hospital lab / any Histopathology lab will not be return back to the patient or Histopathology Lab
  12. Please note, we require only Paraffin embedded tumor tissue block or 15 unstained slides using charged slides. For more information please refer pathology guideline for slides making.
  13. In case if test fails due to any reason and you are not willing to retest then only 97% refund will be made within 10 days from the date of your confirmation via email that you are not interested in retest again.
  14. Report will be directly released to Ordering Physician Portal only, Report soft copy will not be sent to the patient. Hard copy will be courierd at your respective given address
  15. In case situation arises to send Tumor tissue block then you will have to pay in advance INR 5000.00 (INR Five Thousand Only) per tumor tissue block to release these blocks from Indian Custom Department in case the same gets stuck in custom department.
  16. 'Once the test report is released then we will send the following articles to your given residential address via courier
    1) Paraffin embedded tumor tissue block
    2) Invoice copy
    3) Payment receipt
    4) Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score report hard copy, kindly give your acknowledgement once you received above mentioned 4 articles. If you don't give your acknowledgement after telephonic request as well as after 2nd reminder then we will close this matter at our end and in future we will be not responsible for returning or recreating above mentioned articles'.
